Where We Come From
Built on Two Decades of Craft
Zona Projects started in the Netherlands more than 20 years ago. What began as a small painting company grew into a full renovation firm — not by chasing growth, but by doing good work and letting that speak for itself.
We brought that same approach to Dubai. The market here moves fast, and there is no shortage of contractors. What is harder to find is a team that will tell you the truth about a property before you buy it, plan the renovation properly before work starts, and stay on site until the job is actually done.
