Once you have a property in mind, we assess its renovation potential before you commit. We look at the structural possibilities, identify what can realistically be changed, and give you a clear picture of scope and cost.
This step protects you from buying a property that looks good on paper but has limitations that will cost you later.

With the property secured, we develop a detailed renovation plan. This covers the design concept, material selections, technical drawings, contractor briefs, and a full budget breakdown. Every decision is made before work begins.
Planning properly at this stage is how we keep projects on time and on budget. There are no surprises later.

2 to 4 weeks
Our project manager is on site every day. We coordinate all contractors, manage deliveries, handle issues as they come up, and send you regular progress updates. You stay informed without being pulled into every detail.
You can be in another country while the renovation is underway. We are your eyes and ears on the ground.

The finishing phase is where the quality of a renovation shows. We oversee every detail — from marble installation and joinery to paint, lighting, and final dressing. Nothing is handed over until it meets our standard.
We do not rush this phase. The finish is what buyers and tenants see first, and it is what holds the value.

Once the renovation is complete, we advise on the best route to market. Whether you are selling immediately, renting short-term, or holding the property, we provide pricing guidance, staging advice, and agent recommendations.
We stay with you until the project is fully realised. Our goal is to make sure the renovation delivers the return it should.
